Online ordering is a safe and easy alternative to contacting a store rep to place your order:
1st, it allows you to place your order at your leisure. 2nd, we at Seatown will be able to better serve our customers by not being on the phone taking order information as much. This method is quite a safe process, especially when using the most recent Internet browsers that employ bulletproof 128-bit encryption technologies. The latest Microsoft Internet Explorer® is available here.


( Telephone

If you are wary about sending your credit card number via the Internet, we can take your information by phone. Just browse our online store and place an order as you normally would. One of our sales representatives will then call you to process your card number and complete the order. However(!), you must tell us when placing your order that you are on the website in order to get the special pricing.

Any questions regarding an order should be sent to orders@seatownscooters.com - please make sure to reference your account number and an invoice number if you have one.

Placing orders via email is not a standard procedure. However, if it is your only option, please email us with your contact information and all the items you are ordering. Do NOT send your credit card information through email! We will then contact you for the remaining info. There may be some minor delays due to the nature of email communication.


" Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of you order, you may return the product if it is in new condition, with its original packaging (please keep all materials until you are satisfied) and accessories for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. In addition, any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If there are any missing accessories or it is not in like new condition, an additional cost for these items will be deducted.

You must call us at (206) 632-0341 or email us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

    Instructions:
  • Re-Pack the product in its original packaging
  • Clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package
  • Send back via UPS or Truck line (Freight must be prepaid and item must be insured for it's full purchase price)
  • We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the quality control checks on the returned item
  • There are no returns past 30 days and the manufacturer's warranty is in effect when you receive the product.
